My cleaner of 8 years recently retired and I had to find a new one. I searched online and came across Simply Maid. Given the positive reviews online, I decided to give them a go.<br><br>I organised a deep initial clean for 3 pm on a Saturday. Three cleaners arrived right on time and eager to clean. Within an hour, my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spotless.<br><br>I was very impressed and will be organising a more regular arrangement.
These guys are great. They are thorough and you have an opportunity for feedback after each service so they can redress any issues you may have - this is the most important thing as far as I'm concerned, because it means they only get better over time.<br><br>Easy to contact them by sms, phone, or email. Payments and services are automatic and easily cancelled via a web app.<br><br>Relatively expensive compared to others, but money well spend in my view!

Very thorough, house hadnt been cleaned for a while - we had been away with a teenager at home. So they powered through and left the appartment really clean. A minor detail - I repeat minor they did a very good job and I assume given how hard it was they ran out of time- the tiled area behind the toilet- it is a tight space - wasnt cleaned. Thats all. A very satisfied customer.
