Approved commissions are batched and paid out once per month. Here's the timeline:
Booking completes → Commission is tracked
7-day hold window → Commission moves to "pending" status
Admin approval → Commission is approved for payout
Monthly payout → Approved commissions are paid out

No minimum threshold — even small amounts are paid out on the regular cycle.
