Yes, and they are the majority of what we do here. Balcony glass, sliding door tracks, balustrades and European laundries are all standard inclusions. Check with your building manager about booking the service lift before your clean, since most Gold Coast towers require it and restrict the hours that trades can access the building.
We clean balcony glass that is safely reachable from inside the property or from the balcony itself. Anything requiring rope access or an elevated work platform on a high-rise is specialist work and outside a bond clean, so we will tell you upfront rather than leave it half done. Salt film on reachable glass and balustrades is treated as part of the clean.
Priced online by property size and condition, shown in full before you book. Our pricing is national, so a Gold Coast bond clean costs the same as the equivalent job in Brisbane. Extras are itemised rather than added afterwards.
Yes, but tell us at booking because it changes the scope. Furnished and holiday-let properties on the Coast add inventory, linen storage and appliance interiors that an unfurnished exit clean does not include, and pretending otherwise would just mean a failed inspection.
Surface mould on tiles, grout, silicone and window reveals is part of the exit clean, and the humidity here makes it a frequent flag. Mould caused by a building defect such as failed waterproofing is a maintenance matter for the lessor, and we will say so plainly instead of treating a symptom that will come straight back.
