How customers rate you
After every clean the customer gets a link to rate it from 1 to 5 stars, leave a comment, and add a tip. You're notified of every rating and every tip.
Your six numbers
Your Profile shows your Performance card:
Acceptance — offers accepted out of your last 100
Completion — jobs completed out of your last 100 (customer or admin cancellations don't count against you)
On Time — jobs started within an hour of the scheduled time
Rating — average stars from your last 100 reviews
Last 30 Days and Lifetime cleans completed
Tiers and pay
Tier | To get there | Hourly rate |
|---|---|---|
New | Everyone starts here | $45 |
Trusted | 10 cleans, 80% acceptance, 90% completion, 80% on time, 4.0★ | $46 |
Preferred | 20 cleans, 85% acceptance, 95% completion, 85% on time, 4.5★ | $47 |
Top Rated | 50 cleans, 90% acceptance, 98% completion, 90% on time, 4.7★ | $48 |
When you qualify you'll get a promotion notification — accept it on your Profile and your rate goes up from your next job. If your numbers dip later your tier can drop, but your rate never goes down.
Trusted and above are auto-assigned matching jobs without needing to accept each one, and get first look at recurring customers.
At risk
If completion drops under 80%, acceptance under 70% or your rating under 3.5, your profile shows At Risk and our team reviews your recent jobs with you. Nothing is automatic — but repeated no-shows or very low ratings can end your account.
Tips: the real reward
There are no bonuses for good ratings and no fines for bad ones. The reward for great work is direct: tips are 100% yours, paid with your next pay run. Our top cleaners collect up to $800 a week in tips. Customers tip for the little extras — cushions straightened, a made bed, towels folded, the toilet roll folded to a point, shoes lined up, toys tidied — and for the cleaner who asked "anything you'd like me to focus on?"
Google review bonus
When a customer leaves a Google review that names you, you get a $10 bonus on top of any tip.
