What you earn on a job
Your hourly rate × the job's booked time. A 3-hour Standard Clean at $45/hour pays $135.
Working as a pair? The job time is split between you, and each of you is paid your own rate for your share.
Drive bonus for long trips from your home base: $5 for 40–60 minutes, $10 for 60–90 minutes.
Same-day bonus ($20, split across the team) on every same-day job if you've opted in.
Approved extra time from Request More Time, at your hourly rate.
Tips — 100% yours.

Every job in your app shows what you'll earn before you accept it.
When you're paid
Pay periods run Monday to Sunday.
Everything you completed in that week is paid the following Thursday.
Only completed jobs are paid. Upcoming jobs show as Pays after completion on your Earnings page.
How you're paid
Payouts go through Stripe to your bank account. Set it up once under Earnings → Payouts; it takes a couple of minutes and you'll need your ID and BSB/account number. Old-style bank-file (ABA) transfers are being retired on 1 October 2026, so connect Stripe before then or your pay is held until you do.
Fees
Stripe payouts carry small fees, shown before you connect:
$0.25 + 0.25% per payout
$2.00 account fee in each month you're paid
$2.50 insurance contribution in each month you're paid (your $10M cover)
Pay runs under $50 have no fees at all
There is no commission and no other deduction. The only things that ever come off your pay are the fees above, a reclean pay-hold (see What happens if you get bad feedback), or an adjustment you've been told about.
Your Earnings page
Earnings shows this week's pay run, past pay runs with a breakdown (base, tips, bonuses, deductions), and every job with what it paid. After each payout you'll also get a Payment Summary email.
