If you drop to Red:
Job access is paused temporarily
A 14-day improvement plan is created with clear goals
Admin support is available to help you through it
Once your score improves, you're back in action
We look at patterns, not one-offs. A single bad review or late arrival won't destroy your score. The 90-day window and weighted calculation ensure fairness.
